Sabine Pretsch

SabineSince I arrived in Nepal in February 2008 I have met on the one side colorful liveliness, joy and heartiness and on the other side very simple and poor life as well as a lot of chaotic situations and challenges.

Nevertheless solutions are found for all situations and conditions and after a while they do not seem essential anymore. I feel very well and home in Nepal and that is much more important.

With dedication and passion I am carrying out all public relations activities. Mutual, intercultural understanding and tolerance are of the greatest interest to me. People from different cultures can learn so much from each other and also share their experiences.

I was grown up in Germany in Lorch, a small Swabian town near Stuttgart and I studied in Schwetzingen at the university for applied science (branch of study: justice).

After my exam in 1995 I was working in a law firm's (1½ years) and a car company's (3 years) legal department.

For 7 years I was a bank's employee. Within this time I worked in the legal department for 6 years. First I joined the branch in Stuttgart (corporate finance) for 2 years and then I changed to the headquarters in Düsseldorf to the field environment and traffic (project finance, especially wind power and solar financing) as well to the field structured finance. For 1 year I was working in the audit department.
